Ha estat un <strong>\u00e8xit<\/strong> haver pogut engegar enguany aquesta xarxa per primera vegada al SE i per aix\u00f2 s&#8217;hi respirava un ambient de <strong>satisfacci\u00f3<\/strong> i de positivitat, tant per haver-la iniciat, com per haver-la pogut <strong>desenvolupar<\/strong> amb 6 sessions en aquest curs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images ser el moment de fer <strong>balan\u00e7<\/strong> i es va fer una <strong>valoraci\u00f3<\/strong> de les actuacions realitzades amb una din\u00e0mica preparada, primer a nivell individual i despr\u00e9s compartida a nivell de grup, en relaci\u00f3 a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Planificaci\u00f3 i organitzaci\u00f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tem\u00e0tiques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dates, horaris i ubicaci\u00f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Espai compartit i documentaci\u00f3 generada<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els\/les assistents van valorar els <strong>aprenentatges<\/strong> i els aven\u00e7os realitzats, perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;han compartit <strong>bones pr\u00e0ctiques <\/strong>i, a trav\u00e9s de l&#8217;<strong>aprenentatge entre iguals <\/strong>i el<strong> treball col\u00b7laboratiu, <\/strong>s&#8217;han adquirit nous <strong>coneixements<\/strong> i <strong>habilitats<\/strong>.  Les sessions realitzades al llarg del curs s&#8217;han anat documentant amb actes i materials generats, a partir dels espais de cocreaci\u00f3 compartits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tamb\u00e9 hi ha hagut espai per a les sessions amb <strong>experts<\/strong>, enguany s&#8217;ha convidat a un formador extern en relaci\u00f3 als contractes menors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La sessi\u00f3 s&#8217;ha tancat amb una din\u00e0mica pensada tamb\u00e9 per a la participaci\u00f3 individual i despr\u00e9s a nivell de tot el grup, per a compartir les propostes de millora de cara al curs vinent.
