L\u2019escriptor vicent\u00ed Joaquim Pastor presentar\u00e0 al seu poble el llibre El cant de la mallerenga. La Guerra Civil amb ulls d\u2019infant<\/em>. L\u2019obra, publicada a l\u2019Editorial Bamb\u00fa, s\u2019adre\u00e7a a lectors majors de 15 anys i es basa en records i viv\u00e8ncies familiars de l\u2019autor.
\nEl Roget, un nen de nou anys p\u00e8l-roig i intr\u00e8pid, veu estroncada la seva infantesa per la lluita armada, que li ha robat all\u00f2 que m\u00e9s estima: el seu pare. La seva antiga vida sembla molt llunyana ara, quan ha de contemplar amb r\u00e0bia com la seva fam\u00edlia es veu obligada a allotjar tres militars franquistes, el cap dels quals, conegut com el Coix, pret\u00e9n la seva mare.
