Hi ha recursos per con\u00e8ixer i posar en pr\u00e0ctica procediments pr\u00e0ctics de l\u2019agricultura ecol\u00f2gica. L\u2019objectiu b\u00e0sic del projecte \u00e9s fomentar l\u2019 educaci\u00f3 ambiental i valors que seran extensius a tot el curr\u00edculum.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objectius:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Con\u00e8ixer els principis fonamentals de l\u2019agricultura ecol\u00f2gica basats en el funcionament dels ecosistemes naturals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donar a con\u00e8ixer les t\u00e8cniques pr\u00f2pies de l\u2019agricultura ecol\u00f2gica sabent triar els cultius i les rotacions que millor s\u2019adaptin al tipus de s\u00f2l i al clima.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apreciar la qualitat i les propietats nutritives dels productes procedents de l\u2019hort ecol\u00f2gic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aprendre a valorar la biodiversitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigar i descobrir la incid\u00e8ncia de la nostra manera de viure en els problemes mediambientals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reflexionar i mostrar una actitud cr\u00edtica davant d\u2019aquest fet i buscar alternatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desenvolupar el sentit de la responsabilitat i el comprom\u00eds amb la gesti\u00f3 de l\u2019hort.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adquirir l\u2019autonomia necess\u00e0ria per muntar un hort a casa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recuperar i conservar el coneixement de la cultura de pag\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Continguts:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><b>Guia did\u00e0ctica del professorat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Llibret on hi podeu trobar la justificaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest projecte, els objectius i els continguts curriculars de la maleta pedag\u00f2gica per a prim\u00e0ria i ESO. Aix\u00ed com les orientacions que han de permetre comprendre i treure el m\u00e0xim partit educatiu a totes les activitats que es proposen.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Guia de les esp\u00e8cies d\u2019horta m\u00e9s comuns de Catalunya<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Recull de fitxes, realitzades a partir d\u2019entrevistes fetes a avis i \u00e0vies d\u2019arreu de Catalunya, que contenen imatges, informaci\u00f3 escrita i consells pr\u00e0ctics per a conrear els productes de l\u2019hort. Les fitxes tenen diferents camps com ara: nom, fotografia, s\u00f2l, clima, sembra, reg, fertilitzaci\u00f3, associacions favorables, rotacions, tasques de cultiu, plagues i malalties, propietats nutritives.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>l\u2019HorTAC<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: CD-Rom interactiu que s\u2019estructura en tres apartats. El CALAIX d\u2019informaci\u00f3 permet al professorat l\u2019acc\u00e9s a un conjunt d\u2019arxius, en format pdf, que contenen els originals dels materials did\u00e0ctics de la maleta. L\u2019HORT, l\u2019entrada a aquest apartat es realitza a trav\u00e9s d\u2019una animaci\u00f3 que d\u00f3na pas a 13 activitats per aprendre a fer un hort a l\u2019escola. JOCS, 7 propostes que permeten jugar i, alhora, aprendre.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Joc de la Bioca. \u201cde col a col avan\u00e7a el cargol\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Joc de preguntes i respostes que t\u00e9 com a objectiu passar una bona estona compartint reflexions al voltant de l\u2019hort ecol\u00f2gic i el respecte pel mediambient. Per aquest motiu els continguts proposats s\u00f3n molt amplis i abasten aspectes relacionats amb el coneixement del calendari de l\u2019hort, la sostenibilitat, el compost o el reciclatge.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>D\u00f3na la cara<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Es tracta d\u2019un joc motriu de persecuci\u00f3 que simula les relacions aliment\u00e0ries que es poden donar en un hort ecol\u00f2gic per comparar-les amb les que es donen en un hort en qu\u00e8 es practica l\u2019agricultura intensiva.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Dins d\u2019una llavor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Tetraflex\u00e0gon. Retallant i plegant el full de paper impr\u00e8s s\u2019obt\u00e9 un fris de quadrats articulats que permeten veure una seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de 4 imatges que representen un cicle natural de la pomera.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Experimentem amb el s\u00f2l<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Conjunt de materials (flascons, ampolles, paper indicador\u2026) necessaris per realitzar experi\u00e8ncies que permeten con\u00e8ixer algunes caracter\u00edstiques f\u00edsiques del s\u00f2l del nostre hort.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Calendari de l\u2019hort escolar ecol\u00f2gic<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: P\u00f2ster de gran format que compte el calendari de sembra de les fruites i hortalisses m\u00e9s comunes.
