Tal i com ells afirmen:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>La manera com ensenyem als alumnes ha d\u2019ajustar-se a les noves formes d\u2019aprendre i a les noves demandes socials. Els docents necessiten tenir a l&#8217;abast les eines i la formaci\u00f3 que garanteixin una compet\u00e8ncia\u00a0<span class=\"il\">digital<\/span>\u00a0docent adequada per a poder atendre les necessitats del seu alumnat.<\/p>\n<p>La formaci\u00f3 del professorat en compet\u00e8ncia\u00a0<span class=\"il\">digital<\/span>\u00a0docent \u00e9s una necessitat a la qual cal donar resposta des de l\u2019administraci\u00f3 educativa. En aquesta l\u00ednia, el Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 ofereix diferents tallers i Work Cafes durant aquest mes de novembre, oberts a tots els docents:<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Els Work Cafes estan orientats a realitzar una formaci\u00f3 en l\u00ednia de molt curta durada que t\u00e9 lloc en diferents sales de videoconfer\u00e8ncia. En grups redu\u00efts, els participants porten a terme un treball, b\u00e0sicament, pr\u00e0ctic que finalitza amb un prototip de recurs educatiu.<\/p>\n<p>Els Tallers poden desenvolupar-se en un mateix espai compartit o en diferents sales. Mitjan\u00e7ant el descobriment guiat, els participants avancen en el coneixement de diferents eines que els permetran la creaci\u00f3 de recursos educatius. La creaci\u00f3 de continguts digitals \u00e9s una de les compet\u00e8ncies que conformen el marc de la compet\u00e8ncia\u00a0<span class=\"il\">digital<\/span>\u00a0docent. Aquestes accions formatives volen afavorir la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquests continguts digitals.
