Per\u00f2, en aquest moment del curs, de total vig\u00e8ncia ja que les escoles, els instituts-escola i els instituts de Catalunya estan preparant aquest recull de les valoracions i la presa de decisions dels equips docents.<\/p>\n<p>Al seminari es far\u00e0 un recorregut des del concepte del pla de suport individualitzat, la import\u00e0ncia de la programaci\u00f3 d\u2019aula pel document, quan, qui, com s\u2019elabora el PI per acabar amb el seu contingut.<\/p>\n<p>Properament hi trobareu l\u2019enlla\u00e7 en el mateix <a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/educacioinclusiva\/\"
