Es van fer servir m\u00e8todes computacionals per representar l\u2019estructura tridimensional de 50.000 c\u00e8l\u00b7lules, centenars de milions de neurites i 130 milions de connexions sin\u00e0ptiques.<\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traducci\u00f3\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"ca\">Aix\u00f2 va permetre que el volum de microsc\u00f2pia electr\u00f2nica d\u20191,4 petabytes, les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules segmentades, les parts cel\u00b7lulars, els vasos sanguinis, la mielina, les sinapsis inhibidores i excitadores i les 100 c\u00e8l\u00b7lules revisades manualment estan disponibles per revisar en una<a href=\"https:\/\/h01-release.storage.googleapis.com\/gallery.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> interf\u00edcie gr\u00e0fica interactiva en l\u00ednia<\/a>. Tot i la incompletesa de la segmentaci\u00f3 automatitzada causada per errors de divisi\u00f3 i combinaci\u00f3, moltes caracter\u00edstiques interessants es fan evidents. Les neurones Glia superen en nombre 2: 1 i els oligodendr\u00f2cits s\u00f3n el tipus de c\u00e8l\u00b7lula m\u00e9s com\u00fa en el volum. El balan\u00e7 E: I de les neurones va ser del 69: 31%, igual que la proporci\u00f3 de sinapsis excitadores versus inhibidores del volum.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p> La relaci\u00f3 E: I de sinapsis va ser significativament superior en les neurones piramidals que les interneuronals inhibidores. Vam trobar que els tipus de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules excitadores de capa profunda es poden classificar en subconjunts basant-se en difer\u00e8ncies estructurals i de connectivitat, que les interneuronals de les llums no nom\u00e9s innerven els segments inicials de neurones excitadores com s\u2019ha descrit anteriorment, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 els segments inicials de l\u2019altre, i que entre els milers de connexions febles establertes a cada neurona, hi ha entrades axonals molt potents i m\u00e9s rares que estableixen contactes multisin\u00e0ptics (fins a sinapsis de \u223c20) amb neurones diana. L&#8217;an\u00e0lisi indica que aquestes aportacions fortes s\u00f3n espec\u00edfiques i permeten que un petit nombre d\u2019axons tingui un paper excessiu en l\u2019activitat d\u2019alguns dels seus
