En aquesta segona fase el projecte incorpora algunes novetats, la primera de les quals, el nombre d\u2019ajuntaments implicats que ara seran sis. S\u2019incorporen tres nous municipis, Sant Vicen\u00e7 dels Horts, Terrassa i Sabadell, que s\u2019afegeixen a Molins de Rei, Matar\u00f3 i Santa Coloma de Gramenet.
