target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Pla Educatiu d&#8217;Entorn<\/strong> <\/a>0-20 de Sant Vicen\u00e7 dels Horts, emmarcat dins del pla de formaci\u00f3 de zona del Servei Educatiu del Baix Llobregat VI, \u00e9s aquest dec\u00e0leg de la personalitzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;aprenentatge.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s fruit del treball conjunt entre tots els centres educatius participants en el programa d&#8217;innovaci\u00f3 dins del marc del PEE 0-20: Escola Sant Jordi, Escola La Vinyala, Col\u00b7legi Sant Vicen\u00e7, Col\u00b7legi La Immaculada, Escola Joan Juncadella, Salesians SVH,
