l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 El Tempir ha publicat el <em><strong>Dec\u00e0leg per a ser ling\u00fc\u00edsticament sostenible<\/strong><\/em>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p data-fontsize=\"18\" data-lineheight=\"27\">L\u2019Associaci\u00f3 C\u00edvica per la Llengua <a href=\"http:\/\/eltempir.cat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em><strong>El Tempir<\/strong><\/em><\/a>\u00a0t\u00e9 el seu \u00e0mbit d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 principalment a Elx, a l\u2019extrem sud del domini ling\u00fc\u00edstic de la llengua catalana.\u00a0 L\u2019Associaci\u00f3 va n\u00e0ixer al voltant de 1994 amb l\u2019objectiu de contribuir a la represa ling\u00fc\u00edstica del valenci\u00e0 despr\u00e9s d\u2019unes condicions pol\u00edtiques adverses per a la llengua durant la dictadura (1939-1975)\u00a0 i un creixement demogr\u00e0fic impressionant (la ciutat tenia 50.000 habitants el 1950), a causa de la industrialitzaci\u00f3 i d\u2019un allau immigratori procedent de territoris de parla castellana de l\u2019Estat, que van capgirar l\u2019estatus tradicional del catal\u00e0 com a llengua vehicular des de l\u2019edat
