La proposta va lligada a la posada en valor de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l\u2019escola i la voluntat de crear un cont\u00ednuum educatiu entre l\u2019educaci\u00f3 dins i fora de l\u2019horari lectiu.<\/p>\n<p>Els objectius s\u00f3n, per una banda, que la ciutadania pugui accedir al mapa de recursos de Sant Vicen\u00e7 dels Horts i que hi trobi les possibilitats socioeducatives que ofereix el municipi. I, per l\u2019altra, que les diverses entitats i institucions puguin establir xarxes de contactes que en millorin el coneixement mutu, disposin de l\u2019opci\u00f3 de compartir experi\u00e8ncies i amplifiquen la difusi\u00f3 de les seves activitats.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La promoci\u00f3 de les propostes d\u2019activitats, prestacions i serveis de cada entitat pot tenir a les xarxes socials un amplificador mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019etiqueta <em><strong>#EntornEducatiuSVH<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, el <em><strong>Mapa<\/strong><\/em> disposa de l\u2019opci\u00f3 d\u2019una constant actualitzaci\u00f3 de les dades existents o de la possibilitat d\u2019introducci\u00f3 de nova informaci\u00f3.
