{"id":19666,"date":"2020-10-06T12:01:39","date_gmt":"2020-10-06T10:01:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat6\/?p=19666"},"modified":"2020-10-06T13:38:50","modified_gmt":"2020-10-06T11:38:50","slug":"opencohesion-school-asoc-dades-obertes-auditoria-ciutadana-i-cohesio-europea","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat6\/politicaeducativa\/opencohesion-school-asoc-dades-obertes-auditoria-ciutadana-i-cohesio-europea\/","title":{"rendered":"OpenCohesion School (ASOC): Dades Obertes, Auditoria Ciutadana i Cohesi\u00f3 Europea"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-19667 \" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat6\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu778\/2020\/10\/imatge2_asoc.png_1578226007.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"319\" height=\"239\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat6\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu778\/2020\/10\/imatge2_asoc.png_1578226007.png 325w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat6\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu778\/2020\/10\/imatge2_asoc.png_1578226007-200x150.png 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 319px) 100vw, 319px\" \/><br \/>\nOpenCohesion School \u00e9s un\u00a0programa educatiu interdisciplinari innovador\u00a0per a les escoles de secund\u00e0ria per promoure la\u00a0<strong>supervisi\u00f3 ciutadana de les finances p\u00fabliques<\/strong> mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019\u00fas de les dades obertes i les tecnologies de la informaci\u00f3 i la comunicaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El projecte es planteja tres grans objectius:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Donar a con\u00e8ixer les actuacions que es realitzen amb el finan\u00e7ament de la Uni\u00f3 Europea a trav\u00e9s dels\u00a0<strong>fons\u00a0<\/strong><strong>de\u00a0<\/strong><strong>cohesi\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Introduir els conceptes de\u00a0<strong>transpar\u00e8ncia<\/strong>\u00a0i de\u00a0<strong>dades obertes\u00a0<\/strong>i ensenyar a utilitzar-les a trav\u00e9s d\u2019un exercici pr\u00e0ctic.<\/li>\n<li>Sensibilitzar sobre la import\u00e0ncia de la implicaci\u00f3 ciutadana en\u00a0<strong>l\u2019auditoria de les pol\u00edtiques\u00a0<\/strong><strong>p\u00fabliques<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El projecte afavoreix el desenvolupament\u00a0<strong>d\u2019habilitats digitals<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>estad\u00edstiques<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>d\u2019educaci\u00f3 per a la ciutadania<\/strong>, i permet a l\u2019alumnat descobrir com les pol\u00edtiques p\u00fabliques incideixen als llocs on viuen. Al llarg de tot un curs acad\u00e8mic, alumnat i professorat desenvolupen l\u2019auditoria ciutadana analitzant l\u2019impacte d\u2019un projecte finan\u00e7at amb fons de cohesi\u00f3 en el seu territori, i comuniquen els resultats obtinguts amb l\u2019ajuda de t\u00e8cniques period\u00edstiques.<\/p>\n<p>Al final de curs se celebra una\u00a0<strong>trobada de totes les escoles catalanes participants<\/strong>\u00a0on es compartiran els projectes treballats. El projecte que sigui escollit guanyador, podr\u00e0 participar en un\u00a0<strong>viatge a Brussel\u00b7les<\/strong>\u00a0durant el qual tot l\u2019equip podr\u00e0 con\u00e8ixer de primera m\u00e0 les institucions europees, escoltar la hist\u00f2ria de la Uni\u00f3 i parlar amb els funcionaris de la Comissi\u00f3 Europea sobre temes de pol\u00edtiques de cohesi\u00f3, ocupaci\u00f3 i
