L\u2019educaci\u00f3 t\u00e9 una import\u00e0ncia primordial en tota societat, i \u00e9s decisiva en el proc\u00e9s de desenvolupament de la persona. Aix\u00f2 la converteix en un factor clau per a l\u2019esdevenidor de qualsevol pa\u00eds, i m\u00e9s encara d\u2019un pa\u00eds com Catalunya. Estem parlant de l\u2019element central per a la millora humana, econ\u00f2mica i de la cohesi\u00f3 social de qualsevol pa\u00eds. Per\u00f2 actualment a Catalunya la situaci\u00f3 del proc\u00e9s educatiu, tot i partir d\u2019una bona base, no \u00e9s satisfact\u00f2ria, i cal millorar-la. No tenim la qualitat formativa que els nostres reptes de futur ens demanen. L\u2019arribada significativa de persones d\u2019altres entorns culturals suposa un repte afegit a aquesta situaci\u00f3. I l\u2019educaci\u00f3 de les persones amb necessitats educatives especials continua interpel\u00b7lant-nos. Cal ser-ne ben conscients i cal superar al m\u00e9s aviat possible aquesta situaci\u00f3,<br \/>\ndedicant-hi els esfor\u00e7os necessaris per part de tothom. La situaci\u00f3 de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 a casa nostra i el seu millorament ens ha portat a prepararun document annex a aquest manifest que apunta alguns elements que ajuden a fer-se c\u00e0rrec de la naturalesa i les dificultats de la situaci\u00f3 actual.<br \/>\n2. Aquestes dificultats del proc\u00e9s educatiu ens impliquen a tots. Les fam\u00edlies troben molts inconvenients a l\u2019hora d\u2019assumir l\u2019educaci\u00f3 dels seus fills. Les escoles no aconsegueixen superar els molts obstacles que troben per a dur a terme la seva tasca. Les administracions p\u00fabliques no han aconseguit desplegar totes les pol\u00edtiques i recursos que requereix el nostre sistema educatiu i proporcionar el marc de refer\u00e8ncia estable que aquest sistema necessita. I l\u2019entorn social, els diferents estaments no directament implicats en la tasca educativa, constatem en nosaltres mateixos un doble d\u00e8ficit: ni hem sabut donar al proc\u00e9s educatiu la valoraci\u00f3 col\u00b7lectiva que es<br \/>\nmereix, situant-lo al cor de la nostra din\u00e0mica social i veient-lo com la pe\u00e7a clau per al nostre futur com a pa\u00eds, ni sabem assumir les nostres responsabilitats en el proc\u00e9s educatiu, un proc\u00e9s en el qual tots podem tenir un paper rellevant. L\u2019educaci\u00f3 no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s la tasca de les fam\u00edlies i les administracions p\u00fabliques; \u00e9s una tasca compartida per tothom, a la qual cada \u00e0mbit social t\u00e9 alguna cosa a aportar, alguna responsabilitat a assumir.<br \/>\n3. Les institucions que canalitzen actuacions d\u2019\u00e0mbits socials no directament lligats a l\u2019ensenyament volem subratllar la coresponsabilitat de tots a l\u2019hora de mirar de superar la situaci\u00f3, i la nostra disposici\u00f3 a assumir les responsabilitats que ens pertoquen. No pretenem reivindicar res, sin\u00f3 fer un pas endavant plantejant-nos qu\u00e8 ens podem exigir a nosaltres mateixos. per contribuir a millorar la situaci\u00f3 de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 a casa nostra. No volem entrar en una cr\u00edtica a fam\u00edlies, escoles o administracions p\u00fabliques que no ens pertoca; el que volem \u00e9s definir all\u00f2 que cada un dels nostres \u00e0mbits pot fer i hauria de fer, i ens volem comprometre a fer-ho.<br \/>\n4. Tots plegats ens volem comprometre a difondre la consci\u00e8ncia del paper decisiu de l\u2019educaci\u00f3. I volem valorar al m\u00e0xim el paper social dels mestres i educadors de tota mena, reconeixent el seu m\u00e8rit i autoritat, i atorgar-los el respecte i el prestigi espec\u00edfics que mereixen. Tamb\u00e9 volem subratllar alguns valors que juguen un paper imprescindible en el proc\u00e9s educatiu, com ara la qualitat, l\u2019exig\u00e8ncia, l\u2019equitat, el rigor i l\u2019esfor\u00e7.<br \/>\n5. Alhora, cada \u00e0mbit social vol concretar p\u00fablicament les aportacions que creu que pot fer per a contribuir a la millora de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 a Catalunya. Educar no es fa nom\u00e9s en el reducte de l\u2019escola o en el marc de la fam\u00edlia, sin\u00f3 en el conjunt de la societat. Educar no es nom\u00e9s la tasca d\u2019uns \u201cprofessionals\u201d, \u00e9s una tasca de tots i totes; si cal tota la tribu per a educar un infant, hem d\u2019assumir el nostre paper.<br \/>\n6. Volem expressar la nostra voluntat d\u2019intensificar les accions que s\u00f3n fruit de la nostra responsabilitat social envers l\u2019educaci\u00f3, donant-li prioritat en els nostres \u00f2rgans de govern i comprometent-nos a fomentar programes concrets d\u2019activitats en aquest sentit.<\/p>\n<p>|<a href=\"http:\/\/www.esade.edu\/sites\/cat\/educacio\"
