de maig, el Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 ofereix un servei gratu\u00eft d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 telef\u00f2nica 900 929 299 (de 10 a 13 hores i de 15 a 18 hores), en qu\u00e8 un equip d&#8217;orientadors professionals, de forma volunt\u00e0ria, at\u00e8n els alumnes de 4t d&#8217;ESO i les seves fam\u00edlies, dels centres p\u00fablics i concertats, per acompanyar-los en la tria dels estudis.<\/p>\n<p>Els centres poden informar d&#8217;aquest servei l&#8217;alumnat de 4t d&#8217;ESO que tingui una major necessitat d&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 en la tria dels seus estudis, i tamb\u00e9 les fam\u00edlies.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El Departament t\u00e9 tota la confian\u00e7a en l&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 als joves que es fa als centres educatius durant tota l&#8217;etapa escolar, per aix\u00f2 aquest servei \u00e9s un canal complementari de suport als alumnes en aquesta \u00e8poca de confinament provocada per la covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>Per a qualsevol dubte respecte al funcionament d&#8217;aquest servei d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 telef\u00f2nica, des dels centres es pot escriure a\u00a0<a title=\"suport_orientadors.educacio@gencat.cat\" href=\"mailto:suport_orientadors.educacio@gencat.cat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">suport_orientadors.educacio@gencat.cat<\/a>\u200b, indicant en l&#8217;assumpte \u201cConsulta direcci\u00f3\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Els alumnes de la ciutat de Barcelona tamb\u00e9 tenen a la seva disposici\u00f3 el\u00a0<a title=\"Pla jove del Consorci d'Educaci\u00f3 de Barcelona\" href=\"https:\/\/www.edubcn.cat\/ca\/centres_serveis_educatius\/servei_orientacio\/directori_de_tecnics_pla_jove%E2%80%8B\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pla jove del Consorci d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 de Barcelona<\/a>\u00a0amb un equip d&#8217;assessors a qui es poden adre\u00e7ar per rebre
