{"id":15747,"date":"2019-04-10T10:36:27","date_gmt":"2019-04-10T08:36:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat6\/?p=15747"},"modified":"2019-04-10T10:40:26","modified_gmt":"2019-04-10T08:40:26","slug":"ii-jornada-dinnovacio-pedagogica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat6\/se-baixllobregat6\/ii-jornada-dinnovacio-pedagogica\/","title":{"rendered":"II Jornada d&#8217;Innovaci\u00f3 Pedag\u00f2gica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15748\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat6\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu778\/2019\/04\/JIP.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"956\" height=\"304\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat6\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu778\/2019\/04\/JIP.png 956w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat6\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu778\/2019\/04\/JIP-520x165.png 520w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat6\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu778\/2019\/04\/JIP-768x244.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 956px) 100vw, 956px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cLa comunitat educativa es pregunta quins canvis s\u2019han d\u2019introduir als centres i a les aules per garantir l\u2019\u00e8xit del projecte de vida de cadascun dels nois i noies del nostre pa\u00eds en aquest m\u00f3n global, incert, digital, pluriling\u00fce i canviant en el qual hauran de desenvolupar-se.<br \/>\n<\/em><em>Tot i la manca d\u2019una \u00fanica resposta, hi ha un punt de partida clar: aquests canvis seran efectius si s\u00f3n fruit d\u2019un treball compartit entre tots els actors interpel\u00b7lats: administraci\u00f3, institucions, agents socials, entitats, docents, centres educatius i comunitat educativa.<br \/>\n<\/em><em>\u2026<br \/>\n<\/em><em>\u00a0La innovaci\u00f3 educativa d\u2019aquest segle XXI constitueix una acci\u00f3, com d\u00e8iem, sist\u00e8mica de car\u00e0cter global que compromet el conjunt del sistema i la totalitat de la comunitat educativa, ha de ser oberta a d\u2019altres centres i fomentar les xarxes i sinergies\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blocs.xtec.cat\/jornadainnovaciopedagogica\/files\/2019\/03\/MARC_DINNOVACI%C3%93_PEDAG%C3%92GICA.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Marc de la Innovaci\u00f3 Pedag\u00f2gica de Catalunya<br \/>\n<\/a>2017<\/p>\n<p>El Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3\u00a0impulsa la innovaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica definida com\u00a0un proc\u00e9s planificat de canvi i renovaci\u00f3 que es fonamenta en la recerca, que respon a l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 social, que condueix a obtenir una millora en la qualitat del sistema educatiu i que pot ser transferible a la resta de centres educatius.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Amb l\u2019objectiu de\u00a0 donar suport, difondre i transferir les innovacions contrastades i certificades, s\u2019organitza la II Jornada d\u2019Innovaci\u00f3 Pedag\u00f2gica de Catalunya.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/blocs.xtec.cat\/jornadainnovaciopedagogica\/files\/2019\/03\/MARC_DINNOVACI%C3%93_PEDAG%C3%92GICA.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Marc de la Innovaci\u00f3 Pedag\u00f2gica de Catalunya<\/a>\u00a0recull, en la seva introducci\u00f3, com Catalunya ha estat tradicionalment un pa\u00eds amb una important traject\u00f2ria de renovaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica. Fa m\u00e9s de cent anys pedagogs i mestres van entomar el repte de modernitzar i transformar les institucions educatives tradicionals, avui en dia ens trobem, tamb\u00e9, en un context que demana afrontar els reptes que ens proposa la nostra societat actual; una societat din\u00e0mica, complexa, sotmesa a canvis constants i on la gesti\u00f3 del coneixement ha esdevingut un aspecte d\u2019import\u00e0ncia cabdal. Ens trobem immersos en moments de canvi de paradigma social, econ\u00f2mic, tecnol\u00f2gic i cient\u00edfic. Aquest canvi de paradigma el sent i el recull, especialment, el m\u00f3n educatiu.<\/p>\n<p>Nom\u00e9s una avaluaci\u00f3 basada en l\u2019evid\u00e8ncia pot ajudar a diferenciar quines pr\u00e0ctiques docents poden ser considerades bones i sota quines circumst\u00e0ncies, i tamb\u00e9 quines innovacions educatives realment es tradueixen en millors condicions per a l\u2019aprenentatge i benestar dels alumnes.<\/p>\n<p>A Catalunya, el Parlament, amb una amplia majoria, ha creat dos marcs normatius importants per a aquesta transformaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria, com s\u00f3n la\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ensenyament.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/home\/departament\/normativa\/normativa-educacio\/lec_12_2009.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Llei d\u2019Educaci\u00f3<\/a>\u00a0i la<a href=\"https:\/\/portaldogc.gencat.cat\/utilsEADOP\/PDF\/6899\/1432434.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00a0Llei de Formaci\u00f3 i Qualificaci\u00f3 Professionals\u00a0<\/a>.\u00a0 Per desenvolupar la Llei d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de la innovaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica, l\u2019any 2015 es va aprovar la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/portaldogc.gencat.cat\/utilsEADOP\/PDF\/6966\/1447492.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ordre ENS\/303\/2015<\/a>, de 21 de setembre, sobre el reconeixement de la innovaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica, que estableix, entre altres aspectes, les modalitats d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica que s\u2019estableixen per al seu reconeixement i es diferencien entre:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Programes d\u2019innovaci\u00f3:<\/strong>\u00a0que consisteixen en plans d\u2019acci\u00f3 que el Departament d\u2019Ensenyament prioritza i impulsa, i que tenen com a finalitat millorar els resultats del sistema educatiu adequant-lo al canvi i a l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 social. Amb la mateixa finalitat tamb\u00e9 s\u2019inclouen les iniciatives d\u2019altres institucions amb les quals el Departament col\u00b7labora mitjan\u00e7ant acords o convenis.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Projectes d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica:<\/strong>\u00a0que consisteixen en iniciatives d\u2019un centre educatiu, o d\u2019un grup de centres, que formen part de manera expl\u00edcita del projecte educatiu de centre, que responen a objectius de millora educativa pr\u00e8viament fixats en un pla d\u2019acci\u00f3 i que aporten evid\u00e8ncies del canvi que ha significat per al centre o centres pel que fa a les compet\u00e8ncies dels alumnes o a l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i gesti\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e0ctiques educatives de refer\u00e8ncia:<\/strong>\u00a0que consisteixen en iniciatives del professorat vinculades al projecte educatiu del centre que evidencien una millora educativa, aix\u00ed com els materials i recursos educatius elaborats pel professorat, un cop han estat implementats i sempre que aportin millores per a l\u2019aprenentatge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fins a l\u2019actualitat, el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 ha impulsat diversos Programes d\u2019Innovaci\u00f3 Pedag\u00f2gica i ha detectat, avaluat i reconegut Projectes d\u2019Innovaci\u00f3 Pedag\u00f2gica desenvolupats en el marc de l\u2019autonomia de centre.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blocs.xtec.cat\/jornadainnovaciopedagogica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TOTA LA INFO EN AQUEST ENLLA\u00c7<\/a><\/p>\n<table style=\"width: 100%; border-collapse: collapse; border-style: none;\" border=\"1\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 332px; border-style: none;\">\n<h3 class=\"widget-title\">ORGANITZA<\/h3>\n<div class=\"textwidget\"><a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blocs.xtec.cat\/jornadainnovaciopedagogica\/files\/2019\/03\/LogoEducacioColor2L.png\" alt=\"Dept.
