Garantir una continu\u00eftat i coneixement de com s\u2019est\u00e0 treballant en els centres educatius.<\/li>\n<li>Programar les trobades entre les educadores i les mestres i tancar un protocol de com ha de ser aquest trasp\u00e0s. \u00ad Programar activitats conjuntes entre l\u2019alumnat de les escoles i la Llar d\u2019infants.<\/li>\n<li>Consensuar una tem\u00e0tica a treballar plegats en les sessions que durem a terme plegats.
