Al voltant d&#8217;unes deu de les dotze &#8220;coses importants&#8221; es troben en el domini afectiu de la relaci\u00f3 que el mestre estableix amb l&#8217;alumne. Nom\u00e9s dues o potser tres de les coses pertanyen a continguts i habilitats.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i que aquest article ja fa uns set anys que circula, la <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/curriculum\/xarxacb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Xarxa de Compet\u00e8ncies B\u00e0siques<\/a><\/strong> del Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 l&#8217;est\u00e0 difonen perqu\u00e8 pot ajudar al professorat a entendre el punt de vista dels alumnes en refer\u00e8ncia a quines de les actuacions docents els ajuden en el seu proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge. <!--more-->\u00c9s sorprenent descobrir com des de la seva mirada ens diuen que no nom\u00e9s \u00e9s important el qu\u00e8 els ensenyem, sin\u00f3 el com els ho ensenyem.<br \/>\nPotser, si la nostra intenci\u00f3 \u00e9s utilitzar l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 formativa com una eina per a la millora de l\u2019aprenentatge, valgui la pena escoltar-los.<\/p>\n<p>Angela Maiers, va preguntar durant d\u00e8cades als seus alumnes qu\u00e8 n&#8217;esperaven d&#8217;un bon docent, en quins moments s\u2019han sentit m\u00e9s realitzats i de quina manera els adults (mestres, pares i altres persones) els han ajudat a fer possible el seu \u00e8xit. Les respostes no han diferit gaire d\u2019any en any i aix\u00f2 ha perm\u00e8s fer una llista de les 12 qualitats m\u00e9s importants que els infants volen i valoren dels seus mestres:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>1. Em saluden cada dia, em diuen bon dia amb un somriure i s\u2019acomiaden de mi amb un \u201cfins dem\u00e0\u201d.<br \/>\n2. Em somriuen quan em miren; puc veure la felicitat en els seus ulls.<br \/>\n3. Em donen la seva atenci\u00f3. S\u2019asseuen a parlar amb mi en privat, encara que sigui un segon.<br \/>\n4. Fan volar la imaginaci\u00f3 amb mi, m\u2019ajuden a somniar amb coses que no podria ser capa\u00e7 de fer encara i no nom\u00e9s amb les coses que he de fer al moment.<br \/>\n5. M\u2019assignen tasques que em donen reptes, per\u00f2 em donen pistes sobre com fer-les.<br \/>\n6. Em pregunten sobre com em va la vida, qu\u00e8 faig els caps de setmana, on vaig. Demostren que els importa la meva vida.<br \/>\n7. Em deixen temps per pensar, per reflexionar, per jugar.<br \/>\n8. Em fan confin\u00e7a quan m&#8217;atorguen alguna responsabilitat. Aprofiten el que s\u00f3c capa\u00e7 de fer b\u00e9.<br \/>\n9. Em deixen indicacions individuals, encara que sigui una r\u00e0pida anotaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 s\u00e0piga si tot \u00e9s correcte.<br \/>\n10. Em deixen fer les preguntes, encara que no siguin del tema, perqu\u00e8 pugui demostrar que tinc noves perspectives i curiositat per aprendre m\u00e9s. Em donen l\u2019oportunitat per mostrar all\u00f2 que no s\u00e9 (per\u00f2 que em preocupa), i no \u00fanicament all\u00f2 que s\u00e9.<br \/>\n11. Es preocupen per mi, fan que tingui afany per continuar aprenent.<br \/>\n12.
