{"id":14426,"date":"2018-10-05T09:24:51","date_gmt":"2018-10-05T07:24:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat6\/?p=14426"},"modified":"2018-10-05T22:35:11","modified_gmt":"2018-10-05T20:35:11","slug":"avui-5-de-novembre-es-el-dia-mundial-dels-docents","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat6\/se-baixllobregat6\/avui-5-de-novembre-es-el-dia-mundial-dels-docents\/","title":{"rendered":"Avui, 5 d&#8217;octubre, \u00e9s el Dia Mundial dels Docents"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-14427 \" src=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat6\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu778\/2018\/10\/world-teachers-day-2018-image-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"219\" height=\"219\" \/>El 5 d&#8217;octubre, \u00e9s la data anual triada el 1994 per la <a href=\"https:\/\/en.unesco.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Unesco<\/a> com a Dia Mundial dels Docents en commemorar l&#8217;aniversari de l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 de la Recomanaci\u00f3 de la OIT \/ UNESCO sobre l&#8217;estatut dels mestres i professors de 1966. Aquesta Recomanaci\u00f3 estableix criteris sobre els drets i les responsabilitats dels docents i els est\u00e0ndards per a la seva preparaci\u00f3 inicial i formaci\u00f3 continuada, sistemes de contractaci\u00f3 i de selecci\u00f3, ocupaci\u00f3 i condicions d&#8217;ensenyament i aprenentatge. La Recomanaci\u00f3 sobre l&#8217;estat del personal docent d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 superior es va adoptar el 1997 per complementar la Recomanaci\u00f3 de 1966, que va cobrir el personal docent i investigador en educaci\u00f3 superior.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Amb l&#8217;adopci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Objectiu 4 de Desenvolupament Sostenible sobre educaci\u00f3 i l&#8217;objectiu espec\u00edfic que reconeix als professors com a clau per assolir l&#8217;agenda de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 2030, el dia d&#8217;avui s&#8217;ha convertit en l&#8217;ocasi\u00f3 per marcar aven\u00e7os i reflexionar sobre les formes de contrarestar reptes pendents per a la promoci\u00f3 de la professi\u00f3 docent.<\/p>\n<p>A mesura que celebrem aquest any el Dia Mundial dels Docents, aprofitem aquesta ocasi\u00f3 per recordar a la comunitat global que &#8220;El dret a l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 significar el dret a tenir mestres i professors qualificats.&#8221;. Aquest lema va ser triat per commemorar el 70 aniversari de la Declaraci\u00f3 Universal de Drets Humans (1948), on l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 es reconeix com un dret fonamental fonamental. Un dret que no es pot complir sense professors qualificats. Un dels principals reptes d&#8217;aquest dret a tot el m\u00f3n \u00e9s la constant escassetat de professors.<\/p>\n<p>Hi ha un estimaci\u00f3 que 264 milions d&#8217;infants i joves encara s\u00f3n fora de l&#8217;escola a nivell mundial, i segons l&#8217;<a href=\"http:\/\/uis.unesco.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><strong>Institut d&#8217;Estad\u00edstica de la UNESCO<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, s&#8217;haurien de contractar gaireb\u00e9 69 milions de nous docents per assolir l&#8217;objectiu educatiu 2030 d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria i secund\u00e0ria universal. Aquesta &#8220;bretxa docent&#8221; \u00e9s m\u00e9s pronunciada entre les poblacions vulnerables: noies, nens amb discapacitat, nens refugiats i migrants i nens pobres que viuen en \u00e0rees rurals o remotes.<\/p>\n<p>Els professorat ben format i altament qualificat \u00e9s fonamental per al dret a l&#8217;educaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El Dia Mundial dels Docents es convoca de manera conjunta amb UNICEF, PNUD, Organitzaci\u00f3 Internacional del Treball i Educaci\u00f3 Internacional.<\/p>\n<p>|<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.unesco.org\/sites\/default\/files\/wtd2018-agenda-en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">M\u00e9s info<\/a><\/strong>|<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El 5 d&#8217;octubre, \u00e9s la data anual triada el 1994 per la Unesco com a Dia Mundial dels Docents en commemorar l&#8217;aniversari de l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 de la Recomanaci\u00f3 de la OIT \/ UNESCO sobre l&#8217;estatut dels mestres i professors de 1966.
