Pla per a la reducci\u00f3 del frac\u00e0s escolar a Catalunya 2012-2018<\/strong><\/em>. Aquestes l\u00ednies priorit\u00e0ries impliquen tots els equips dels serveis educatius, per b\u00e9 que cadascun n\u2019assumeix algunes espec\u00edficament. En la majoria de les actuacions que es dinamitzen des dels serveis educatius es poden identificar amb l\u2019impuls de la comissi\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica i la direcci\u00f3 dels serveis. Les l\u00ednies priorit\u00e0ries s\u00f3n les seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Impulsar en els centres el treball competencial, l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 educativa i l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 formativa com a eines del proc\u00e9s de personalitzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;aprenentatge.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Assessorar i col\u00b7laborar en les mesures i suports adoptats a l\u2019aula i al centre i amb la l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 continuada per valorar-ne la idone\u00eftat.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Assessorar i col\u00b7laborar la detecci\u00f3 de les dificultats d\u2019aprenentatge, de comunicaci\u00f3 i de relaci\u00f3 i en la intervenci\u00f3 preco\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Promoure la llengua oral, la lectura i l\u2019escriptura com a eixos vertebradors dels aprenentatges en totes les \u00e0rees i mat\u00e8ries curriculars.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Promoure accions escolars de dinamitzaci\u00f3 ling\u00fc\u00edstica i comunicativa per al desenvolupament de la compet\u00e8ncia pluriling\u00fce i intercultural dels alumnes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Promoure la millora de la compet\u00e8ncia professional dels docents a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019impuls de la formaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua i l\u2019adequaci\u00f3 a les necessitats educatives dels alumnes i fomentar-ne la recerca, la innovaci\u00f3 i la participaci\u00f3 en projectes internacionals.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Promoure iniciatives que afavoreixin la participaci\u00f3, implicaci\u00f3 i comprom\u00eds de la fam\u00edlia en el seguiment de l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica i personal de l\u2019alumne.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Dinamitzar actuacions entre la comunitat escolar i educativa per afavorir respostes integrals adequades al context educatiu dels centres.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Donar suport a l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i a la gesti\u00f3 aut\u00f2nomes dels centres educatius.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Col\u00b7laborar amb els serveis territorials i la Inspecci\u00f3 en l\u2019enfortiment del lideratge pedag\u00f2gic dels directors i dels equips directius.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Promoure iniciatives per afavorir la reincorporaci\u00f3 al sistema\u00a0 educatiu de les persones en situaci\u00f3 d\u2019absentisme i d\u2019aband\u00f3 prematur dels estudis i la formaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3 se us ofereix el text \u00edntegre de les directrius on es pot destacar com a principals novetats:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La prioritzaci\u00f3 de la funci\u00f3 i formaci\u00f3 assessora dels\u00a0centres de recursos pedag\u00f2gics.<\/li>\n<li>Els camps d&#8217;aprenentatged com a serveis de modelatge d\u2019experimentaci\u00f3 did\u00e0ctica<\/li>\n<li>Els serveis educatius, en el seu conjunt, com a centres formadors<\/li>\n<li>Els plans d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 d\u2019acord amb un treball en xarxa i integrat a la demarcaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica de cada servei educatiu.<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;actualitzaci\u00f3 del funcionament Centre de Recursos Educatius per a Alumnes amb Trastorns de Desenvolupament i Conducta.<\/li>\n<li>Precisions en la tasca dels equips de llengua i cohesi\u00f3 social.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1eSXVtRup0FJItWBUvgUrMcilgrm4URdy\/preview\" width=\"800\" height=\"1100\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EL 17 de juliol de 2018 es van publicar les Directrius per a l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 i la gesti\u00f3 dels serrveis educatius del Departament d&#8217;Ensenyament.
