Per desenvolupar les l\u00ednies del PEC, els centres dissenyen diferents projectes concebuts com un conjunt d\u2019activitats, planificades com un proc\u00e9s, interrelacionades i coordinades entre si que es porten a terme per satisfer una necessitat o un problema.<\/p>\n<p>Publicaci\u00f3 digital realitzada pel grup de treball d\u2019Avaluaci\u00f3 de la Formaci\u00f3 (AFO) de l\u2019Institut de Ci\u00e8ncies de l&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 de la Universitat de Barcelona, elaborada per Carme Albadalejo, M.
