Aprofitant aquesta avinentesa, des\u00a0de l\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/escolanova.cat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Escola Nova de Cervell\u00f3<\/a> es faran diverses activitats durant la setmana del 23 al 27 d\u00b4octubre per fomentar l\u2019<strong><em>escolta activa<\/em><\/strong> en tots els espais i moments escolars: a les aules, a menjador, al pati, \u2026\u00a0 aspecte que l&#8217;escola el t\u00e9 sempre molt present, per\u00f2\u00a0que es treballar\u00e0\u00a0de forma m\u00e9s conscient i intensa durant aquests dies.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Per aquest motiu i amb la intenci\u00f3 de treballar tots plegats aquest projecte,\u00a0es proposa a les fam\u00edlies que aprofitin aquests dies per a treballar l\u2019escolta a casa.<\/p>\n<p>Cal recordar\u00a0que per a fer una escolta activa \u00e9s necessari:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>1. <strong>Pres\u00e8ncia<\/strong> \u2013 Estar en el present sense pensar en cap altre cosa que no sigui el que hi ha en aquell moment.<\/p>\n<p>2. <strong>Consci\u00e8ncia plena<\/strong> \u2013 Mindfulness \u2013 Connectar-se el cos amb el aqu\u00ed i ara.<br \/>\nFer unes respiracions profundes.<a class=\"lightbox-added aligncenter\" href=\"http:\/\/escolanova.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/IMG_0813.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-13300 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/escolanova.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/IMG_0813-1030x737.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1030px) 100vw, 1030px\" srcset=\"http:\/\/escolanova.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/IMG_0813-1030x737.jpg 1030w, http:\/\/escolanova.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/IMG_0813-300x215.jpg 300w, http:\/\/escolanova.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/IMG_0813-768x550.jpg 768w, http:\/\/escolanova.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/IMG_0813-1500x1074.jpg 1500w, http:\/\/escolanova.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/IMG_0813-260x185.jpg 260w, http:\/\/escolanova.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/IMG_0813-705x505.jpg 705w, http:\/\/escolanova.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/IMG_0813-450x322.jpg 450w\" alt=\"\" width=\"1030\" height=\"737\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>3. <strong>Focalitzar<\/strong> \u2013 No dividir l\u2019atenci\u00f3 entre una persona i una altre, o entre una activitat i una persona\u2026 Posar tota l\u2019atenci\u00f3 en el que tenim davant.<\/p>\n<p>4. <strong>Mirar als ulls a la persona a la qual s\u2019escolta<\/strong> i posar-se a la seva al\u00e7ada.<\/p>\n<p>5. <strong>Atendre<\/strong> no nom\u00e9s all\u00f2 que es diu verbalment sin\u00f3 atendre tamb\u00e9 els missatges no verbals, el seu cos.<\/p>\n<p>6. <strong>No prejutjar<\/strong> \u2013 la persona, el tema o la situaci\u00f3 (l\u2019ocasi\u00f3)<\/p>\n<p>7. <strong>Cercar l\u2019empatia<\/strong> i intentar entendre el punt de vista de l\u2019altre.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Es\u00a0recomana a les fam\u00edlies que aprofin els moments que\u00a0comparteixen amb els\u00a0seus fills i filles per a viure-ho de forma m\u00e9s conscient.
