{"id":23660,"date":"2023-10-31T10:06:15","date_gmt":"2023-10-31T09:06:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat5\/?p=23660"},"modified":"2023-10-31T10:06:15","modified_gmt":"2023-10-31T09:06:15","slug":"procediment-dintervencio-en-cas-de-faltes-greus-perjudicials-per-a-la-convivencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat5\/general\/procediment-dintervencio-en-cas-de-faltes-greus-perjudicials-per-a-la-convivencia\/","title":{"rendered":"Procediment d&#8217;intervenci\u00f3 en cas de faltes greus perjudicials per a la conviv\u00e8ncia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 ha elaborat el <a href=\"https:\/\/educacio.gencat.cat\/ca\/departament\/publicacions\/protocols\/intervencio-faltes-greus-convivencia\/\">Procediment d&#8217;intervenci\u00f3 en cas de faltes greus perjudicials per a la conviv\u00e8ncia<\/a>, amb l&#8217;objectiu que els centres educatius disposin d&#8217;una eina per valorar i intervenir davant de les faltes greus dels alumnes.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s proporcionar una resposta r\u00e0pida i educativa a les faltes greus que afecten la conviv\u00e8ncia dels alumnes i equipar els centres educatius amb una eina per valorar i intervenir davant de les faltes m\u00e9s importants dels alumnes.<\/p>\n<p>Les actuacions d&#8217;aquest document estan orientades a contenir i refor\u00e7ar les mesures de protecci\u00f3 i control. S&#8217;inclou un procediment d&#8217;intervenci\u00f3 com\u00fa per a tots els protocols amb l&#8217;objectiu de millorar la conviv\u00e8ncia als centres i un circuit de coordinaci\u00f3 entre els diferents membres de la comunitat escolar i educativa implicats en el procediment.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest <a href=\"https:\/\/educacio.gencat.cat\/ca\/departament\/publicacions\/protocols\/intervencio-faltes-greus-convivencia\/\">Protocol<\/a> \u00e9s d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 obligat\u00f2ria en tots els centres, tant p\u00fablics com privats sostinguts amb fons p\u00fablics, del Servei d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 de Catalunya.<\/p>\n<p><a
