L&#8217;activitat consisteix a encaixar la cara en una portada de llibre. El bookface t\u00e9 l&#8217;origen\u00a0 l&#8217;any 2015 en una campanya per fomentar la lectura a la Biblioteca Publica de Nova York. \u00c9s una manera que els adolescents entrin a la biblioteca i comprovin que no \u00e9s un lloc avorrit i que es poden realitzar tota mena de tasques l\u00fadiques.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El coordinador de la biblioteca va fer el taller pautat seleccionant un seguit de llibres que podien ser susceptibles per realitzar el bookface. L&#8217;alumnat va anar baixant i miraven els llibres estesos a una taula. Tanmateix, si no els agradava cap podien cercar d&#8217;altres llibres amb cura de no desendre\u00e7ar tot. Si tot i aix\u00ed, encara no hi havia cap que els fes el pes, podien rec\u00f3rrer als llibres digitals. La feina es va lliurar a l&#8217;entorn virtual d&#8217;aprenentatge per tal de poder compartir.
