D\u2019aquesta manera podrem visualitzar tots els centres educatius que hi hauran participat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquesta proposta est\u00e0 en funci\u00f3 de la fase en que es troba cada territori.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aqu\u00ed teniu diferents possibilitats de seguir l\u2019acte:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seguir l\u2019acte central per TV de la Xarxa o ordinador i cantar des de casa.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fer una trobada virtual amb l\u2019alumnat per cantar la can\u00e7\u00f3 plegats.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fer un cantada al pati de l\u2019escola mantenint les mesures de
