Millorar la mirada. Factors de risc.<\/li>\n<li>Pres\u00e8ncia. Disposar de relaci\u00f3. Ser referent emocional.<\/li>\n<li>Saber derivar. I tenir a qui derivar.<\/li>\n<li>Organitzar el retorn en equip. Repartir tasques.<\/li>\n<li>Preparar els espais.<\/li>\n<li>El docent tamb\u00e9 pot estar en dol.<\/li>\n<li>Cal que els alumnes tinguin un referent. Una persona amb qui tenen el vincle i s\u2019hi relacionen.<\/li>\n<li>Hi ha diverses intervencions: en el moment de crisi, m\u00e9s endavant. Caldria fer un cribratge per detectar els que seran de m\u00e9s risc.<\/li>\n<li>Fonamental estar en sintonia. Que es senti ent\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<li>Quin tipus d\u2019acompanyament es podr\u00e0 oferir als alumnes?<\/li>\n<li>Hem de vetllar per la contratransfer\u00e8ncia a trav\u00e9s. Treball personal dels docents.<\/li>\n<li>Acceptar les limitacions, recon\u00e8ixer fins on podem arribar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>| <a
