Recollir evid\u00e8ncies ens ajuda a fer hist\u00f2ria, recollir dades i documentar, per\u00f2 hem de recordar que una dada no \u00e9s una prova i per analitzar una dada necessito un criteri que em permeti prendre decisions. Aquestes evid\u00e8ncies es poden recollir fent servir diferents eines com taules de criteris, dianes, r\u00fabriques, teranyines, portfolio o carpetes d\u2019aprenentatge,etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les decisions han de ser pedag\u00f2giques i han de poder regular el proc\u00e9s d\u2019ensenyament aprenentatge per una banda, i per una altra banda ha de facilitar classificar, seleccionar i orientar el proc\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El repte del professorat \u00e9s saber graduar i acordar criteris per elaborar i dissenyar activitats i instruments que donin resposta als diferents nivells d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com fer bones preguntes, per qu\u00e8 realitzar projectes col\u00b7lectius, criteris de realitzaci\u00f3, com fer la metareflexi\u00f3 entre d\u2019altres molts aspectes ho trobareu a la <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1YxrT2OxACOz_feam1w2JaKq-S9FH17jp\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">presentaci\u00f3<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Per avaluar necessitem dades que evidenci\u00efn l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 dels aprenentatges.
