Aquests dies de confinament s’han susp\u00e8s tamb\u00e9 totes les activitats esportives per als nenes i nenes que participen als jocs escolars i a les activitats organitzades per l’Ajuntament de Cornell\u00e0. Una d’elles eren les Jornades Esportives Escolars que s’organitzaven a l’Estadi Municipal amb la participaci\u00f3 dels centres educatius de la ciutat.<\/p>\n

Com que enguany no es podran fer, alguns professors d’educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica d’escoles de la ciutat ens han proposat un repte:\u00a0UNES JORNADES ESPORTIVES ESCOLARS ON-LINE del 6 al 12 d’abril.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Unes olimp\u00edades molt particulars, que iniciarem el 6 d’abril coincidint amb el Dia Mundial de l’Activitat F\u00edsica. Es tracta d’animar a tots els escolars i familiars a pujar un v\u00eddeo a les vostres xarxes socials amb el hastag\u00a0#esportescolarcornella<\/strong>, per promocionar l’activitat esportiva en aquesta \u00e8poca de confinament.<\/p>\n

Aquestes particulars olimp\u00edades estan obertes a tothom i podr\u00e0s donar sortida a la teva imaginaci\u00f3 amb esports al menjador, jocs improvisats…i qui sap? Igual t’inventes algun esport nou. Us apunteu al repte?<\/p>\n

Fitness al balc\u00f3, diumenge 12 d’abril<\/h3>\n

I per concloure aquestes jornades esportives us proposen una altra forma de divertir-nos en comunitat, organitzada per la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona.<\/p>\n

Es tracta d’una sessi\u00f3 massiva i multitudin\u00e0ria de fitness convocada pel proper 12 d’abril a les 12 hores. I com es far\u00e0? Dons ens conviden a sortir a la terrassa, balc\u00f3, finestra o pati i fer una sessi\u00f3 familiar de fitness. No t’ho pots perdre! I Aprofita l’ocasi\u00f3 per gaudir-ho amb els teus veins i ve\u00efnes.<\/p>\n

L’esport \u00e9s un magn\u00edfic ant\u00eddot per fer afrontar el confinament a les nostres llars, gr\u00e0cies als demostrats beneficis f\u00edsics i ps\u00edquics derivats de la seva pr\u00e0ctica. Efectivament, la incorporaci\u00f3 de l’esport als nous h\u00e0bits quotidians es presenta com un efica\u00e7 recurs per combatre el sedentarisme, tenint cura de la salut de la ciutadania.<\/p>\n
