L\u2019article presenta un proc\u00e9s de formaci\u00f3 i treball conjunt realitzat al llarg de dos cursos acad\u00e8mics amb un grup de professionals de l\u2019EAP de Sant Mart\u00ed. ( Document i video <\/a>)<\/em><\/p>\n

\"imatge<\/a>El contingut del proc\u00e9s ha estat l\u2019estrat\u00e8gia d\u2019assessorament psicopedag\u00f2gic per a la millora de les pr\u00e0ctiques docents proposada per Lago i Onrubia (2008, 2011a, 2011b). El proc\u00e9s ha comportat la posada en marxa per part dels professionals participants de processos d\u2019assessorament dirigits a introduir millores concretes, des d\u2019una perspectiva inclusiva, en les pr\u00e0ctiques del professorat en els centres en qu\u00e8 intervenien habitualment, i l\u2019acompanyament i suport a aquests processos per part dels assessors\/formadors. El proc\u00e9s buscava tant l\u2019apropiaci\u00f3 de l\u2019estrat\u00e8gia per part dels professionals, incorporant-la a la seva pr\u00e0ctica assessora habitual, com el contrast i revisi\u00f3 de la pr\u00f2pia estrat\u00e8gia i de les idees que la fonamenten.
