Cada servei educatiu est\u00e0 format per un equip multidisciplinar que ofereix els seg\u00fcents serveis:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Suport i assessorament en estrat\u00e8gies organitzatives, did\u00e0ctiques i metodol\u00f2giques per a l\u2019assoliment de les&nbsp;<strong>compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Suport en la&nbsp;<strong>tutoria i l\u2019orientaci\u00f3<\/strong>&nbsp;educativa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Detecci\u00f3 preco\u00e7<\/strong>&nbsp;de les dificultats d\u2019aprenentatge, socials, motrius i fer avaluacions psicopedag\u00f2giques.<\/li>\n<li>Assessorament sobre el proc\u00e9s d\u2019escolaritzaci\u00f3 en&nbsp;<strong>necessitats educatives espec\u00edfiques i especials<\/strong>&nbsp;(NEE).<\/li>\n<li>Assessorament sobre&nbsp;<strong>adaptacions curriculars individuals<\/strong>&nbsp;(CI).<\/li>\n<li>Suport en la&nbsp;<strong>prevenci\u00f3 de l\u2019abandonament escolar<\/strong>&nbsp;prematur.<\/li>\n<li>Suport en el tractament integrat de&nbsp;<strong>llengua i continguts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Planificaci\u00f3 i gesti\u00f3 del cat\u00e0leg de&nbsp;<strong>formaci\u00f3 del professorat<\/strong>&nbsp;de la zona.<\/li>\n<li>Suport i assessorament en did\u00e0ctica,&nbsp;<strong>innovaci\u00f3<\/strong>&nbsp;i\/o&nbsp;<strong>planificaci\u00f3<\/strong>: plans de millora, TAC, suport a la lectura\u2026<\/li>\n<li><strong>Servei de pr\u00e9stec<\/strong>&nbsp;de maquinari, v\u00eddeos i textos especialitzats en temes educatius.<\/li>\n<li>Suport a&nbsp;<strong>projectes internacionals<\/strong>&nbsp;pel desenvolupament del&nbsp;<strong>pluriling\u00fcisme<\/strong>&nbsp;i de les&nbsp;<strong>compet\u00e8ncies comunicatives<\/strong>&nbsp;dels alumnes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e0mbit d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 del servei educatiu son les poblacions de Cornell\u00e0 de Llobregat i Sant Joan Desp\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qui pot fer la demanda dels serveis?<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Els centres, mitjan\u00e7ant els seus equips de direcci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00b7lectius de docents, d\u2019especialitat, de nivell, d\u2019interessos, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Els docents directament.<\/li>\n<li>Altres entitats vinculades a l\u2019Educaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Com es fa la demanda?<\/h4>\n<p>Trucant al tel\u00e8fon&nbsp;<strong>93 376 24 41<\/strong>&nbsp;
