L\u2019objectiu principal dels CREDA \u00e9s garantir que tot l\u2019alumnat pugui accedir a una educaci\u00f3 inclusiva i de qualitat, independentment de les seves dificultats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00c0mbits d\u2019Intervenci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Alumnat i fam\u00edlies:<\/strong> Acompanyament personalitzat de l\u2019alumnat i les seves fam\u00edlies per a identificar les seves necessitats espec\u00edfiques i dissenyar plans d\u2019intervenci\u00f3 adequats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Centres i professorat:<\/strong> Assessorament als centres educatius i al professorat per ajustar l\u2019entorn d\u2019aprenentatge a les necessitats de l\u2019alumnat amb dificultats d\u2019audici\u00f3, llenguatge o comunicaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zona educativa:<\/strong> Suport als centres dins de la zona educativa per garantir una resposta coordinada i adequada a les necessitats de l\u2019alumnat, treballant en xarxa amb altres serveis i professionals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Els CREDA s\u00f3n un recurs essencial per a garantir la igualtat d\u2019oportunitats i la plena inclusi\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat amb dificultats auditives, de llenguatge o comunicaci\u00f3, assegurant que els seus processos d\u2019aprenentatge siguin tan adaptats i eficients com sigui
