class=\"wp-block-getwid-advanced-heading__content\">Equip d\u2019Assessorament i Orientaci\u00f3 Psicopedag\u00f2gic<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;EAP donem suport al professorat i als centres educatius en la resposta a la diversitat de l\u2019alumnat i en relaci\u00f3 amb els alumnes que presenten necessitats educatives especials, aix\u00ed com a les seves fam\u00edlies.<br>Les intervencions s\u2019adrecen als centres educatius, els equips directius, el professorat i altres professionals implicats en l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a l\u2019alumnat amb dificultats o amb necessitats educatives especials, l\u2019alumnat i les seves fam\u00edlies, i el treball a la seva zona d\u2019actuaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Funcions<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identificaci\u00f3 i avaluaci\u00f3 psicopedag\u00f2gica i\/o social, aix\u00ed com motriu, de les necessitats educatives especials de l\u2019alumnat i proposta d\u2019escolaritzaci\u00f3, en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb els serveis educatius espec\u00edfics, quan s\u2019escaigui.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assessorament al professorat per a la planificaci\u00f3 de la resposta educativa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assessorament a l\u2019alumnat, fam\u00edlies i equips docents sobre aspectes d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 personal, educativa, professional i social.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seguiment de l\u2019alumnat amb necessitats educatives esped\u00edfiques al llarg de la seva escolaritat i de manera especial en els moments de transici\u00f3 entre etapes educatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019EAP treballem en xarxa per donar suport integral a l\u2019alumnat i als centres de Cornell\u00e0 i Sant Joan Desp\u00ed, contribuint a construir una educaci\u00f3 inclusiva, equitativa i de qualitat.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure
