La nostra missi\u00f3 \u00e9s acompanyar i donar suport en els processos de millora i transformaci\u00f3 educativa, fomentant la qualitat i la innovaci\u00f3 en l\u2019ensenyament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>\u00c0mbits d\u2019Actuaci\u00f3<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Acompanyament i assessorament pedag\u00f2gic:<\/strong> Dissenyem, planifiquem i implementem pr\u00e0ctiques que acompanyen els centres en els seus processos de transformaci\u00f3 i millora. Vetllem perqu\u00e8 es destini una franja hor\u00e0ria espec\u00edfica al treball pedag\u00f2gic en equip, essencial per fomentar la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i la cohesi\u00f3 entre els docents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Detecci\u00f3 i difusi\u00f3 de bones pr\u00e0ctiques:<\/strong> Recollim i compartim experi\u00e8ncies educatives de refer\u00e8ncia i projectes innovadors desenvolupats pel professorat i els centres de la zona.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Suport a les xarxes educatives:<\/strong> Treballem per garantir l\u2019equitat i la inclusi\u00f3, donant suport a les xarxes educatives del territori per aconseguir una educaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s justa i accessible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acompanyament en tecnologies digitals:<\/strong> Donem suport al professorat i als centres en l\u2019\u00fas educatiu de les tecnologies digitals, amb l\u2019objectiu de garantir l\u2019acc\u00e9s de tot l\u2019alumnat a un aprenentatge en l\u00ednia de qualitat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Al CRP de Cornell\u00e0 i Sant Joan Desp\u00ed treballem colze a colze amb els centres per afrontar els reptes actuals i construir, conjuntament, un futur educatiu
