Des del Departament d&#8217;Ensenyament s&#8217;ha estructurat una proposta formativa pel curs 2013-14 articulada al voltant de <b>tres eixos<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <b>primer eix<\/b> incorpora la <b>formaci\u00f3 en centre i per a centres <\/b>com a blocs de formaci\u00f3 orientats a una doble finalitat: contribuir a la millora dels seus projectes educatius i afavorir la incorporaci\u00f3, consolidaci\u00f3 o difusi\u00f3 de pr\u00e0ctiques docents orientades a l\u2019\u00e8xit escolar. Aquesta mirada permet enfortir propostes formatives com la formaci\u00f3 interna de centres (FIC) i proposar noves modalitats de treball com la formaci\u00f3 d\u2019equips de centres. Tamb\u00e9 permet vincular propostes formatives com els seminaris de coordinaci\u00f3 amb el comprom\u00eds de transfer\u00e8ncia al centre.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quant al <b>segon eix<\/b>, relacionat amb la <b>formaci\u00f3 individual<\/b> del professorat, el document incorpora noves modalitats de formaci\u00f3 com les estades a l\u2019empresa i les estades a l\u2019estranger.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <b>tercer eix<\/b>, centrat en l\u2019<b>avaluaci\u00f3 de la formaci\u00f3<\/b>, neix amb la voluntat de fer un nou pas endavant relacionat amb els processos d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 de la formaci\u00f3, consolidant-ne el model d\u2019aprofitament, establint nivells d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3, delimitant la responsabilitat de cada col\u00b7lectiu professional, aprofitant moltes de les iniciatives ja endegades i compartint un model com\u00fa i una cultura avaluadora que ha d\u2019ajudar a avan\u00e7ar cap a la transfer\u00e8ncia d\u2019aquesta formaci\u00f3 a les aules.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el seg\u00fcent document torbareu m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 sobre els criteris, orientacions i instruccions a partir dels quals el Departament d&#8217;Ensenyament ha bastit l&#8217;oferta formativa per al professorat pel curs 2013-14.
