Per aix\u00f2 la formaci\u00f3 permanent juntament amb la formaci\u00f3 inicial d&#8217;aquest professorat \u00e9s imprescindible per qualsevol canvi o millora que es vulgui introduir en el m\u00f3n educatiu. La formaci\u00f3 permanent del professorat \u00e9s un recurs que tenen els serveis educatius per assolir els objectius de millora i canvi dels centres i professorat de la zona i aconseguir objectius clars de millora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9s molt important, abans d&#8217;inscriure&#8217;s, llegir la <b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.xtec.cat\/web\/formacio\/formacio\" target=\"_blank\">informaci\u00f3 general publicada pel departament<\/a><\/b> a la p\u00e0gina de l&#8217;XTEC. T\u00e9 com a finalitat contribuir a l\u2019actualitzaci\u00f3 metodol\u00f2gica del professorat dels centres, donant valor a la seva experi\u00e8ncia i saber, per afavorir l\u2019increment de l\u2019\u00e8xit educatiu de l\u2019alumnat.
