En aquests moments hi participen 200 escoles i instituts i uns 2.300 docents que hi comparteixen experi\u00e8ncies i reflexions.<\/p>\n<p>Els centres educatius del Prat de Llobregat que aquest curs s&#8217;han incorporat a la Xarxa s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ESC Galileo Galilei<\/li>\n<li>ESC Ramon Llull<\/li>\n<li>ESC Pepa Colomer<\/li>\n<li>ESC Escola del Parc<\/li>\n<li>ESC Bernat Metge<\/li>\n<li>INS Baldiri Guilera<\/li>\n<li>INS Ribera Baixa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Els centres de la XCB disposen dels seg\u00fcents espais de coordinaci\u00f3 i suport:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acc\u00e9s a l\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/odissea.xtec.cat\/enrol\/index.php?id=43283\" target=\"_blank\">espai Moodle<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Diari docent dels <a href=\"http:\/\/blocs.xtec.cat\/xcbprojecte261\/\"
