Descriu qu\u00e8 cal saber i saber fer com a ciutad\u00e0 europeu per ser competent digitalment en la societat actual. La primera versi\u00f3 es va publicar el 2013, amb actualitzacions el 2016, el 2017 i el 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s important?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Permet establir una mirada conjunta europea, per part dels governs, administracions i institucions.
