\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>S&#8217;ha publicat la <a href=\"https:\/\/dogc.gencat.cat\/ca\/document-del-dogc\/?documentId=1027771\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Resoluci\u00f3 EDF\/3819\/2025<\/a>,&nbsp;per la qual es fa p\u00fablica la convocat\u00f2ria per al reconeixement de <strong>pr\u00e0ctiques educatives de refer\u00e8ncia<\/strong>, <strong>projectes d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 educativa<\/strong> i <strong>iniciatives d\u2019innovaci\u00f3<\/strong> vinculades a la millora de resultats educatius en els centres educatius sostinguts amb fons p\u00fablics de Catalunya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta convocat\u00f2ria s\u2019emmarca en el Pla de Govern 2024-2027, que aposta per la millora de la qualitat i l\u2019equitat del sistema educatiu catal\u00e0, promovent la innovaci\u00f3, la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre centres i la difusi\u00f3 de bones pr\u00e0ctiques docents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poden participar-hi&nbsp;<strong>centres&nbsp;p\u00fablics i&nbsp;concertats, aix\u00ed com el seu personal docent i personal d\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Modalitats de participaci\u00f3\u200b\u200b<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Consulteu la informaci\u00f3 ampliada (fitxes, infografies, sol\u00b7licitud, etc) per a cadascuna de les tres modalitats de participaci\u00f3 en els seg\u00fcents enlla\u00e7os:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 educativa<\/strong><\/a><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>(fins al&nbsp;15 de gener de 2026)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Des dels Serveis Territorials al Baix Llobregat, s&#8217;organitza una <strong>sessi\u00f3 informativa<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>en l\u00ednia<\/strong>\u00a0adre\u00e7ada als centres interessats, el proper dimecres\u00a0<strong>12 de novembre,  a les 12:30 hores.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffb<\/strong> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gencat.zoom.us\/j\/85619357034?pwd=eUylGjO2xzN9a556YGMGKvh5E0UXnq.1\" target=\"_blank\"
