style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Modalitat formativa amb intervenci\u00f3 d\u2019un professional generalment extern que s\u2019adre\u00e7a a la majoria del claustre o a un col\u00b7lectiu d\u2019un centre.<b>\u00a0<\/b>\u00c9s liderat per l\u2019equip directiu. <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">m\u00ednim 20 hores.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Taller a centre<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Modalitat formativa de car\u00e0cter concret i pr\u00e0ctic orientada a la millora d\u2019alguna compet\u00e8ncia professional del professorat.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u2019adre\u00e7a a la majoria del claustre o a un col\u00b7lectiu d\u2019un centre.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sense m\u00e0xim ni m\u00ednim d&#8217;hores.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b><a href=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat4\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1181\/2015\/11\/fic1.png\"><img s\u2019adre\u00e7a a la majoria del claustre o a un col\u00b7lectiu d\u2019un centre.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s liderat i dinamitzat per un equip de persones de la coordinaci\u00f3 del centre i com a m\u00ednim una d\u2019elles ha de ser de l\u2019equip directiu.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>45 hores si \u00e9s itinerari guiat i 30 hores si \u00e9s un itinerari propi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Visita formativa a centre<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Modalitat formativa de car\u00e0cter concret i pr\u00e0ctic orientada a promoure un proc\u00e9s de reflexi\u00f3 sobre la pr\u00f2pia pr\u00e0ctica a partir de con\u00e8ixer i compartir experi\u00e8ncies d\u2019\u00e8xit o de bones pr\u00e0ctiques consolidades. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ha d\u2019implicar l\u2019equip docent i ha de conduir a la millora d\u2019algun aspecte metodol\u00f2gic, organitzatiu o de relaci\u00f3 amb l\u2019entorn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Finalitat:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">con\u00e8ixer pr\u00e0ctiques educatives i experi\u00e8ncies d\u2019\u00e8xit d\u2019altres centres.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">promoure l\u2019intercanvi d\u2019experi\u00e8ncies i l\u2019aprenentatge entre iguals a partir de la visita a un centre que mostra una pr\u00e0ctica d\u2019\u00e8xit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">generar transformacions en els centres reflexionant sobre experi\u00e8ncies observades en altres centres.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">establir xarxes de relaci\u00f3 entre centres i professorat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">m\u00ednim
