{"id":11366,"date":"2022-05-27T03:11:05","date_gmt":"2022-05-27T01:11:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat4\/?page_id=11366"},"modified":"2025-06-06T10:14:28","modified_gmt":"2025-06-06T08:14:28","slug":"deteccio-de-necessitats-de-formacio-curs-2022-2023","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat4\/formacio\/deteccio-de-necessitats-de-formacio-curs-2022-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Detecci\u00f3 de necessitats de formaci\u00f3 (curs 2025-2026)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat4\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1181\/2023\/04\/PFZ_gran_trans-e1630581482632.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12523 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat4\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1181\/2023\/04\/PFZ_gran_trans-e1630581482632.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"247\" \/><\/a>Els\u00a0<strong>Plans de Formaci\u00f3 de Zona (PFZ)<\/strong>\u00a0s\u00f3n un recurs de formaci\u00f3 al servei de la\u00a0millora\u00a0dels\u00a0centres\u00a0i el\u00a0professorat\u00a0d\u2019una\u00a0zona\u00a0educativa, que pretenen donar resposta a les\u00a0necessitats\u00a0de formaci\u00f3 d\u2019uns\u00a0ensenyants\u00a0i d\u2019uns centres per assolir uns objectius\u00a0de\u00a0millora\u00a0i de canvi de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les pr\u00e0ctiques docents.<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i el funcionament dels centres educatius.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 ha establert un conjunt d\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/formacio\/info-general\/objectius-formacio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">objectius de formaci\u00f3<\/a> que seran prioritzats, complementats o adaptats a cada territori d\u2019acord amb les seves caracter\u00edstiques espec\u00edfiques. Les propostes formatives del PFZ han de complir els requisits marcats al document <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1OA42heKQDbgZfiLhuyybDlJAG3wleLMwDKt6-AlLocY\/edit?tab=t.0#heading=h.gjdgxs\"><em>Criteris, instruccions i orientacions de la formaci\u00f3 permanent del professorat (curs 2025-26)<\/em>.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>El professorat participa en el disseny del PFZ de les seg\u00fcents maneres:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Din\u00e0miques de <strong>detecci\u00f3 de necessitats<\/strong> que es realitzen als seminaris de Caps d&#8217;Estudis i coordinacions pedag\u00f2giques durant el tercer trimestre de cada curs.<\/li>\n<li>Valoracions finals de les formacions del curs que acaba i propostes de millora, continu\u00eftat o noves tem\u00e0tiques que se&#8217;n derivin.<\/li>\n<li>Representaci\u00f3 en la Comissi\u00f3 del PFZ (3 direccions de centres del municipi).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si un centre decideix dur a terme una activitat formativa per al seg\u00fcent curs i vol sol\u00b7licitar-ne la certificaci\u00f3, cal que n&#8217;informi a inspecci\u00f3 i ompli el seg\u00fcent <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/1jXZQYS9UzkL-U7JiVdeWbeg9jzEELWThDiLk9NLPDEg\/edit\">q\u00fcestionari<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a
