L&#8217;objectiu central de l\u2019estrat\u00e8gia \u00e9s reduir la taxa d&#8217;alumnes que deixen els estudis postobligatoris fins a situar-la per sota del 9% de cara a l\u2019any 2030, complint aix\u00ed amb els est\u00e0ndards fixats per la Uni\u00f3 Europea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per aconseguir aquest objectiu es defineixen 10 estrat\u00e8gies: el treball en xarxa entre administracions, l&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 educativa, la lluita contra la segregaci\u00f3, la flexibilitat en les traject\u00f2ries educatives, la Formaci\u00f3 Professional, l\u2019alumnat nouvingut, l\u2019educaci\u00f3 inclusiva, la prevenci\u00f3 i seguiment de l\u2019absentisme, i la formaci\u00f3 docent i impuls a la recerca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gran novetat del pla \u00e9s el desplegament del projecte <strong>Reconnect-ES<\/strong>, una iniciativa clau dissenyada per &#8220;reconnectar&#8221; l&#8217;alumnat que ha quedat fora del sistema educatiu i oferir-li itineraris formatius a mida.
