Durant la seva infantesa va sofrir moltes pen\u00faries i adversitats que va ser capa\u00e7 de superar gr\u00e0cies a la seva valentia. Actualment viu com a refugiada a Catalunya, treballa com a educadora social i \u00e9s activista pels Drets Humans.<\/p>\n<p>Va fundar l\u2019associaci\u00f3\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pontsperlapau.org\/\">Ponts per la Pau<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0amb la qual, ajuda nenes i nens de Kabul perqu\u00e8 puguin tenir una oportunitat a la vida a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019ensenyament i l\u2019educaci\u00f3, malgrat la situaci\u00f3 del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Ja plenament assentada al nostre pa\u00eds, la Nadia va voler explicar la seva hist\u00f2ria en diferents formats. Va publicar 4 llibres amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 diversos coautors com la novel\u00b7la\u00a0<strong><em>El secret del meu turbant<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(Edicions 62, 2010). L\u2019obra va obtenir el prestigi\u00f3s premi Prudenci Bertrana l\u2019any 2010 i va aconseguir una molt bona valoraci\u00f3 de la cr\u00edtica nacional. Van seguir\u00a0<strong><em>Contes que em van curar<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(Columna, 2014) i la seva segona novel\u00b7la,\u00a0<strong><em>La primera estrella de la nit<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(Plaza &amp; Jan\u00e9s, 2016). Finalment, l\u2019any 2021 va publicar\u00a0<strong><em>El pa\u00eds dels ocells sense ales<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0amb l\u2019editorial La galera. Una bella met\u00e0fora sobre la guerra i les persones refugiades.<\/p>\n<p>La Nadia, des de la seva viv\u00e8ncia personal, ens aporta elements de reflexi\u00f3 per promoure valors de pau i conviv\u00e8ncia i un curs m\u00e9s podem comptar amb l\u2019oportunitat de reflexionar amb ella sobre el proc\u00e9s d\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa que podem oferir a l\u2019alumnat provinent d\u2019una situaci\u00f3 de conflicte b\u00e8l\u00b7lic o d\u2019un proc\u00e9s migratori.<\/p>\n<p>Us convidem a participar en les tres sessions en format telem\u00e0tic que impartir\u00e0 la Nadia Ghulam els propers\u00a0<strong>dijous 29 de febrer, dimarts 12 de mar\u00e7 i dimarts 2 d\u2019abrils de 17.30h a 19.30h<\/strong>\u00a0dins el marc de l\u2019activitat formativa\u00a0<strong>\u201c<\/strong><strong>Acollida i acompanyament de l\u2019alumnat migrant i refugiat\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La inscripci\u00f3 restar\u00e0 oberta fins al<strong>\u00a025 de febrer<\/strong>\u00a0en aquest\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/formacio\/info-general\/cercador-activitats\/\">enlla\u00e7<\/a><\/strong><strong>\u00a0posant el codi\u00a0<\/strong><strong>9001140555 al cercador d\u2019activitats<\/strong>. L\u2019assist\u00e8ncia i aprofitament del curs certificar\u00e0 15 hores de formaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta formaci\u00f3 s\u2019emmarca dins del programa\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fundesplai.org\/nusos\/\">\u201cnuSOS, una proposta per a una ciutadania global\u201d<\/a><\/strong>, que impulsa\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fundesplai.org\/\">Fundesplai<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0des del curs 2019-2020. \u00c9s una iniciativa des de l\u2019\u00e0mbit de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 en el lleure que t\u00e9 per objectiu educar en valors al voltant del fet migratori, el refugi i la transformaci\u00f3 social a fi de promoure una bona conviv\u00e8ncia intercultural.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019activitat formativa\u00a0<strong>\u201c<\/strong><strong>Acollida i acompanyament de l\u2019alumnat migrant i refugiat\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0t\u00e9 com a objectius:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Entendre les implicacions del despla\u00e7ament for\u00e7at i els seus impactes en l\u2019educaci\u00f3 i la integraci\u00f3 d\u2019infants i fam\u00edlies en el pa\u00eds receptor.<\/li>\n<li>Analitzar les diverses etapes del proc\u00e9s migratori i de refugi, aix\u00ed com les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies per als qui l\u2019experimenten.<\/li>\n<li>Reflexionar sobre el paper del professorat en l\u2019acompanyament emocional dels infants migrants i refugiats.<\/li>\n<li>Proveir estrat\u00e8gies i recursos per facilitar la inclusi\u00f3 i l\u2019acompanyament en entorns educatius dels infants, joves i fam\u00edlies que han viscut la migraci\u00f3 i el refugi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La formaci\u00f3 es dur\u00e0 a terme a partir de tres sessions en aula virtual de dues hores de durada cadascuna que combinaran l\u2019exposici\u00f3 de continguts relacionats amb el model social pol\u00edtic i econ\u00f2mic, l\u2019educaci\u00f3,\u00a0els motius que empenyen el despla\u00e7ament, el xoc cultural,\u00a0etc., amb din\u00e0miques vivencials i participatives per afavorir la comprensi\u00f3 del fet migratori i l\u2019arribada a un nou pa\u00eds.\u00a0Al llarg de les sessions es compartiran recursos, fonts d\u2019informaci\u00f3 i lectures recomanades que permetin als participants ampliar els coneixements per treballar amb el seu alumnat i el professorat disposar\u00e0 d\u2019un espai per exposar casos i intercanviar experi\u00e8ncies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sessi\u00f3 1 \u2013 Primera fase de l\u2019acollida: c\u00e0rregues emocionals i processos de dol.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Comprendre les repercussions dels despla\u00e7aments for\u00e7ats i els principals entrebancs que les persones migrades i refugiades es troben en el pa\u00eds d\u2019acollida.<\/li>\n<li>Entendre els processos de dol que travessen aquestes persones.<\/li>\n<li>Compartir estrat\u00e8gies per generar entorns educatius acollidors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Sessi\u00f3 2 \u2013 Comprendre l\u2019Islam. Introducci\u00f3 a la diversitat isl\u00e0mica, creences i pr\u00e0ctiques<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Proporcionar coneixements b\u00e0sics sobre la religi\u00f3 isl\u00e0mica per fomentar el di\u00e0leg i la comprensi\u00f3 intercultural.<\/li>\n<li>Prevenir la discriminaci\u00f3 cap a la poblaci\u00f3 migrant d\u2019origen \u00e0rab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Sessi\u00f3 3: La segona fase de l\u2019acollida: atenci\u00f3 a les necessitats i les pors dels infants refugiats i migrants.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Comprendre la transici\u00f3 de la primera a la segona fase d\u2019acollida. Quins canvis es poden esperar i per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s crucial una atenci\u00f3 continuada.<\/li>\n<li>Com realitzar una avaluaci\u00f3 completa de les necessitats en aquesta fase.
