autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>El projecte Reconnect-ES \u00e9s una iniciativa del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional de la Generalitat de Catalunya que t\u00e9 com a objectiu acompanyar a joves d\u2019entre 16 i 24 anys que no han assolit l\u2019ESO o que tot i haver-la assolit, no han continuat els seus estudis, en el marc del Pla d\u2019acci\u00f3 contra l\u2019abandonament escolar prematur.<br \/>A trav\u00e9s de la tasca de 52 educadors socials que donen suport als joves que han deixat els seus estudis el projecte busca restablir vincles, orientar i acompanyar perqu\u00e8 les traject\u00f2ries formatives puguin reprendre\u2019s.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__nav-link\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__title-wrapper\"><a href=\"#\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__title\">El projecte Reconnect-ES?<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__tab-content-wrapper\"><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__tab-content\">\n<p>El Programa Reconnect-ES \u00e9s una iniciativa impulsada pel Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional, que t\u00e9 com a objectiu principal abordar el repte de l\u2019abandonament escolar prematur entre els joves de 16 a 24 anys, que no han assolit l\u2019ESO o que tot i haver-la assolit, no han continuat els seus estudis, facilitant la seva reincorporaci\u00f3 al sistema educatiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objectius del programa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reduir l\u2019abandonament escolar prematur mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019acompanyament personalitzat dels joves.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimitzar el treball en xarxa entre serveis educatius, centres educatius i agents del territori.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Col\u00b7laborar en la prevenci\u00f3 de l\u2019abandonament escolar i la promoci\u00f3 del benestar de l\u2019alumnat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fases del programa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reducci\u00f3 de l\u2019abandonament escolar prematur fent un seguiment i suport personalitzat als joves que han abandonat els estudis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prevenci\u00f3 de l\u2019abandonament escolar prematur implementant estrat\u00e8gies preventives en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb els centres educatius.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promoci\u00f3 de la salut i el benestar duent a terme accions per fomentar el benestar integral de l\u2019alumnat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El rol dels educadors socials<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es despleguen 52 educadors socials ubicats als Serveis Educatius per identificar, acompanyar i orientar els joves. S\u00f3n una figura clau en aquest projecte.
