Per facilitar la concreci\u00f3 de les actuacions, activitats i recursos hem creat un espai\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/encara-hi-som-a-temps\/\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/encara-hi-som-a-temps\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1582100153745000&amp;usg=AFQjCNFb4sor-gDzveb9PeSt6hlCr5X4ig\">NODES<\/a>. Volem destacar l\u2019apartat\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/encara-hi-som-a-temps\/reptes\/\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/encara-hi-som-a-temps\/reptes\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1582100153745000&amp;usg=AFQjCNGNuD0h7078u-OHJApZp3yhB0LNzg\">Reptes<\/a>. En aquest espai convidem a tots els centres a plantejar activitats, iniciatives i projectes al voltant de la problem\u00e0tica i les possibles mesures per a la millora del medi ambient<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com a cloenda al projecte,\u00a0<strong>el 5 de juny de 2020 a les 11h del mat\u00ed<\/strong>, coincidint amb la celebraci\u00f3 del\u00a0<strong>Dia Mundial del Medi Ambient<\/strong>, proposem a tots els centres de Catalunya que cantin\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/z5csyfS5B_o\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/youtu.be\/z5csyfS5B_o&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1582100153745000&amp;usg=AFQjCNFHeFlMJjAQYVxmlRZJ4YU3cZ4cHw\">la can\u00e7\u00f3 \u201cNo ens desdibuixeu<\/a>\u201d. Un tema creat pel Petit Taller de Can\u00e7ons, del\u00a0 Camp d\u2019Aprenentatge Pau Casals (El Vendrell).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En aquesta mateixa diada es concretar\u00e0 la proposta de fer un gran concert per poder celebrar-ho conjuntament. Us anirem informant i concretant d&#8217;aquesta iniciativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Us convidem doncs a aprendre aquesta can\u00e7\u00f3 i cantar-la tots junts, als patis, carrers i places dels diferents territoris de Catalunya i arreu del m\u00f3n.Us podreu inscriure a la cantada conjunta a trav\u00e9s del\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/encara-hi-som-a-temps\/\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/encara-hi-som-a-temps\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1582100153745000&amp;usg=AFQjCNFb4sor-gDzveb9PeSt6hlCr5X4ig\">NODES<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dona la Nota.
