La publicaci\u00f3 <a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/centres\/projeducatiu\/platac\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">El Pla TAC<\/a> de centre va significar el punt de partida per a la implantaci\u00f3 de la planificaci\u00f3 de les TAC als centres de Catalunya. En aquest document es posava \u00e8mfasi en la necessitat de prendre decisions de forma compartida i planificar, a curt i m\u00e9s llarg termini, tots els temes relacionats amb les tecnologies digitals &#8211; des dels m\u00e9s t\u00e8cnics als m\u00e9s pedag\u00f2gics- a partir d&#8217;una diagnosi inicial i seguint unes fases. El Pla TAC no \u00e9s una fita en s\u00ed mateix, sin\u00f3 un cam\u00ed a rec\u00f3rrer, sovint recursiu i c\u00edclic per\u00f2 que es va ampliant a mesura que es desenvolupa. Aquesta documentaci\u00f3 pot orientar quan es realitzen equips de treball amb els professors en el context de la comissi\u00f3 TAC.<br \/>\n<\/span><em><strong>L&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 inform\u00e0tica Pla TAC no \u00e9s m\u00e9s que un assistent per redactar el Pla. <\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p><b>EN CAP CAS S\u2019HA DE COMEN\u00c7AR EL PLA UTILITZANT DIRECTAMENT L\u2019APLICACI\u00d3.<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Abans d&#8217;utilitzar-la, cal haver compartit i debatut la Visi\u00f3 de les TAC al centre i tenir informacions pr\u00e8vies per realitzar correctament la diagnosi i prendre un seguit de decisions: quins objectius espec\u00edfics ens proposem, quines actuacions durem a terme, qui en ser\u00e0 el responsable i com i quan avaluarem si s&#8217;han assolit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00c9s important con\u00e8ixer a fons tant les funcionalitats com els continguts (\u00edtems) de l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3. <\/span><\/p>\n<div>\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Anem pas a pas:<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Nom\u00e9s els 11 <a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/centres\/projeducatiu\/platac\/documents\/Doc_aplic_obj_04_2016.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">objectius generals<\/a>, que ja hem llegit abans, estan predeterminats i s\u00f3n inamovibles.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Per cada objectiu general, l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 proposa objectius espec\u00edfics que es poden editar triant-los, eliminant-ne o afegint-ne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">1. \u00a0Document<a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/centres\/projeducatiu\/platac\/documents\/Document_Aplicacio_pla_TAC_07_2017.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\"> \u00cdtems de l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 inform\u00e0tica Pla TAC<\/a>. Cada centre pot adaptar-les a la seva realitat i les seves necessitats, i poden anar evolucionant amb el temps. P<\/span>oden ser molt \u00fatils per la programaci\u00f3 TAC vertical del centre, com a document de programaci\u00f3 a l&#8217;aula, per a l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;alumnat, per al trasp\u00e0s d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 entre etapes i entre cicles i per a la reflexi\u00f3 sobre continguts digitals&#8230;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Aquestes taules estan en revisi\u00f3 permanent i per tant podeu anar trobant modificacions.
