Habitualment hi ha dos terminis per aquesta presentaci\u00f3. El termini principal s&#8217;estableix\u00a0cap els mesos d&#8217;abril \/ maig i hi ha un termini extraordinari cap el novembre \/ desembre.<\/p>\n<p>Els documents necessaris s&#8217;han de presentar al CRP de la zona degudament complimentats i d&#8217;acord amb els models disponibles que es poden descarregar des d&#8217;aquesta p\u00e0gina o que el propi CRP pot facilitar al centre si \u00e9s necessari.
