S\u00f3n una figura clau en aquest projecte. Ubicats als Serveis Educatius del territori, tenen les funcions seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acompanyar de manera personalitzada els joves que han abandonat els estudis, oferint-los alternatives formatives adaptades a les seves necessitats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinar-se amb els centres educatius i els seveis municipals per optimitzar els recursos disponibles i les accions de suport.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitar el treball en xarxa entre els diferents agents del territori implicats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Impacte esperat del projecte<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La reducci\u00f3 de la taxa d\u2019abandonament escolar prematur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019augment de les oportunitats educatives i formatives per als joves.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La millora de la cohesi\u00f3 social i de les possibilitats d\u2019integraci\u00f3 laboral dels joves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/educacio.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/home\/departament\/publicacions\/documents-tecnics\/pla-contra-abandonament-escolar-prematur\/pla-contra-abandonament-escolar-prematur.pdf\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"250\" height=\"372\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat2\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu760\/2025\/11\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-11-11-131943-e1762865238121.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7464\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara s\u2019ha presentat el&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/educacio.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/home\/departament\/publicacions\/documents-tecnics\/pla-contra-abandonament-escolar-prematur\/pla-contra-abandonament-escolar-prematur.pdf\">Pla d\u2019acci\u00f3 contra l\u2019abandonament escolar prematur<\/a><\/strong>. \u00c9s un document que aborda els diferents factors que incideixen en aquest fenomen i estableix les accions amb l\u2019objectiu de reduir la taxa de Catalunya, que el 2024 era del 13,7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un pla, 10 estrat\u00e8gies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Pla t\u00e9 com a objectiu reduir la taxa d&#8217;abandonament escolar prematur a Catalunya per sota del 9 % l&#8217;any 2030. Impulsa un sistema educatiu que garanteixi traject\u00f2ries formatives d&#8217;\u00e8xit per a tot l&#8217;alumnat, sense exclusions, afavorint la continu\u00eftat educativa i l&#8217;assoliment d&#8217;estudis postobligatoris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s l&#8217;abandonament escolar prematur?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es refereix al percentatge de joves d&#8217;entre 18 i 24 anys que no han completat l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria postobligat\u00f2ria i no estan cursant cap formaci\u00f3. \u00c9s un repte social, educatiu i econ\u00f2mic amb causes m\u00faltiples: personals, familiars i de l&#8217;entorn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eixos b\u00e0sics del Pla<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Pla s&#8217;organitza en tres \u00e0mbits d&#8217;actuaci\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prevenci\u00f3<\/strong>: garantir igualtat d&#8217;oportunitats, refor\u00e7ar l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 infantil, detectar i actuar abans que apareguin situacions de risc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Intervenci\u00f3<\/strong>: accions concretes davant dificultats detectades (absentisme, suport personalitzat, tutoria, programes d&#8217;acompanyament).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Compensaci\u00f3<\/strong>: oportunitats per reincorporar-se als estudis (segones oportunitats, acreditaci\u00f3 de compet\u00e8ncies, programes d&#8217;orientaci\u00f3).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10 Estrat\u00e8gies clau<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Treball en xarxa<\/strong>: coordinaci\u00f3 entre Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional, altres administracions i agents locals per garantir seguiment i suport als alumnes en risc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Orientaci\u00f3 educativa<\/strong>: acompanyar l&#8217;alumnat en totes les etapes, refor\u00e7ar l&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 i la tutoria, aix\u00ed com el benestar emocional i la prevenci\u00f3 de la viol\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lluita contra la segregaci\u00f3<\/strong>: combatre la segregaci\u00f3 educativa i afavorir l&#8217;equitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Flexibilitat en les traject\u00f2ries<\/strong>: facilitar itineraris formatius adaptats i acreditar compet\u00e8ncies per afavorir el retorn als estudis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Formaci\u00f3 professional<\/strong>: millorar-ne la qualitat, incrementar l&#8217;oferta i fomentar la vinculaci\u00f3 amb el m\u00f3n laboral.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Alumnat nouvingut<\/strong>: refor\u00e7ar l&#8217;acollida, el suport ling\u00fc\u00edstic i la inclusi\u00f3 social dels estudiants immigrants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Educaci\u00f3 inclusiva<\/strong>: assegurar l&#8217;acc\u00e9s i l&#8217;\u00e8xit per a tot l&#8217;alumnat, tamb\u00e9 en les etapes postobligat\u00f2ries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prevenci\u00f3 i seguiment de l&#8217;absentisme<\/strong>: accions locals per prevenir i intervenir davant l&#8217;absentisme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Formaci\u00f3 docent<\/strong>: formar el professorat per a la detecci\u00f3 i l&#8217;abordatge de l&#8217;abandonament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Impuls a la recerca<\/strong>: fomentar l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3, la recerca i la recollida de dades per millorar les pol\u00edtiques educatives.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/web.gencat.cat\/ca\/actualitat\/detall\/Com-reconnectar-amb-els-estudis\">M\u00e9s informaci\u00f3<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Pla inclou indicadors per fer seguiment de l&#8217;impacte i garantir una millora cont\u00ednua de les accions.
