d\u2019Educaci\u00f3\u00a0 ha establert un conjunt de l\u00ednies de formaci\u00f3 permanent per donar resposta a les necessitats de formaci\u00f3 permanent dels centres educatius i dels docents de Catalunya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El Pla de Formaci\u00f3 de Zona del Servei Educatiu Baix Llobregat 1 <\/strong>vol donar resposta a les necessitats concretes del territori, i per aix\u00f2 \u00a0incorpora\u00a0 activitats de formaci\u00f3 en centre i altres activitats adre\u00e7ades a tot el professorat de la zona.\u00a0 En la seva definici\u00f3, el\u00a0 professorat hi participa a trav\u00e9s del proc\u00e9s de detecci\u00f3 de necessitats,\u00a0 canalitzades a trav\u00e9s dels equips directius dels centres educatius.<\/p>\n<h5><a
