{"id":306,"date":"2015-11-24T18:02:44","date_gmt":"2015-11-24T17:02:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/se-baixllobregat1\/?page_id=306"},"modified":"2025-09-10T12:43:36","modified_gmt":"2025-09-10T10:43:36","slug":"equip","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat1\/el-servei-educatiu\/equip\/","title":{"rendered":"Equip"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El <strong>Servei Educatiu Baix Llobregat 1<\/strong> est\u00e0 format per un equip multidisciplinar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>CRP <\/strong>(Centre de recursos pedag\u00f2gics):\u00a0equip que d\u00f3na\u00a0<strong>suport a l\u2019activitat pedag\u00f2gica dels centres<\/strong> i a la tasca docent de mestres i professorat, especialment, en temes de formaci\u00f3 permanent, de recursos pedag\u00f2gics i de dinamitzaci\u00f3 de projectes de centre i de la zona. <a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/serveis\/sez\/crp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">M\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 sobre els CRP (XTEC)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat1\/professionals-del-crp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Professionals del CRP<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>EAP <\/strong>(Equip d\u2019assesorament i orientaci\u00f3 psicopedag\u00f2gic)<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">: equip<\/span>\u00a0que d\u00f3na\u00a0suport al professorat i als centres educatius en la resposta a la <strong>diversitat de l\u2019alumnat<\/strong> i en relaci\u00f3 als alumnes que presenten <strong>necessitats educatives especials<\/strong>, aix\u00ed com a les seves fam\u00edlies.\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/serveis\/sez\/eap\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">M\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 sobre els EAP (XTEC)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat1\/professionals-eap\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Professionals de l&#8217;EAP<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ELIC <\/strong>(Equip d\u2019assessorament i orientaci\u00f3 en llengua, interculturalitat i cohesi\u00f3 social): que donen suport al professorat en l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat relacionada amb l\u2019alumnat, especialment procedent de la immigraci\u00f3 i\/o amb l\u2019alumnat amb risc d\u2019exclusi\u00f3 social, en l\u2019\u00e0mbit dels centres educatius i els plans educatius d\u2019entorn. <a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/serveis\/sez\/elic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">M\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 sobre els ELIC (XTEC)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat1\/professionals-elic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Professionals ELIC<\/a><\/p>\n<p>El Servei Educatiu tamb\u00e9 treballa de forma coordinada amb el <a href=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/creda-baixllobregat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centre de Recursos Educatius per a Deficients Auditius, CREDA del Baix Llobregat <\/a>i amb el professorat que at\u00e9n l\u2019alumnat amb discapacitat visual.
