centres<\/strong> <strong>educatius\u200b<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les actuacions recollides en aquest document tenen un car\u00e0cter transversal, de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i coordinaci\u00f3 entre els diversos agents responsables, amb la voluntat de donar la millor acollida a les persones despla\u00e7ades.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e9 dues finalitats:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Atendre i acompanyar els infants i joves nouvinguts, i a les seves fam\u00edlies, en el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;escolaritzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;urg\u00e8ncia fruit de la fugida del context b\u00e8l\u00b7lic que pateix Ucra\u00efna.<\/li>\n<li>Promoure l&#8217;acci\u00f3 integrada i complement\u00e0ria dels diferents agents implicats en el proc\u00e9s, per donar-hi la m\u00e0xima coher\u00e8ncia i contribuir aix\u00ed a oferir la millor resposta possible a les situacions de dol, cansament i incertesa que pateixen els infants i joves despla\u00e7ats i les seves fam\u00edlies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p
