En definitiva se centra en cuidar les persones i les relacions. D\u2019aquesta manera incloem i fem riquesa de tots els valors de la nostra comunitat educativa, la qual inclou alumnat comunitat gitana i alumnat de m\u00e9s de 20 pa\u00efsos<\/li>\n<li>Identifiquem les necessitats i les causes com el pas previ a donar resposta a les situacions de conflicte. Per portar-ho a terme entenem que les millors persones per resoldre un conflicte s\u00f3n les que n\u2019han format part<\/li>\n<li>Alumnat m\u00e9s motivat, empoderat i participatiu amb
