La Xarxa de Compet\u00e8ncies B\u00e0siques, un model de professionalitzaci\u00f3 docent, estableix la base conceptual del model formatiu i de professionalitzaci\u00f3 docent de la Xarxa de Compet\u00e8ncies B\u00e0siques (Xarxa CB) i el seu impacte en la transformaci\u00f3 dels centres.<\/p>\n<p>Fa pal\u00e8s el concepte de la innovaci\u00f3 com a transformaci\u00f3, la visi\u00f3 del lideratge compartit i l&#8217;estructura organitzativa de base col\u00b7laborativa entre iguals i en xarxa, que facilita el desenvolupament professional individual i col\u00b7lectiu, aix\u00ed com la sostenibilitat i la transfer\u00e8ncia dels processos de transformaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><a
